This Site is designed for use by health professionals, including registered dietitians, licensed nutritionists, naturopaths, medical doctors, and licensed pharmacists.
What is Personal Information?
Personal Information – or PI for short – is information about you that identifies you and your clients, and includes name, email address, gender, and diet therapy information.
How do we collect Personal Information (PI)?
When you enter PI into KetoDietCalculator, it is stored it for as long as you maintain a user account with us. If you ask us to, we will delete or change the PI. However, if we delete your PI Data, you may no longer be able to use our Site. You are still responsible for all use – and for any misuse – of your account.
How do we store and protect your Personal Information (PI) Data?
The security of your PI is important to us. While no web site can guarantee 100% security, we maintain physical, administrative, electronic, technical and procedural safeguards to help protect your PI Data, which is stored on a private HIPPA server at Liquid Web. You are also key to maintaining the security of your data: keep your password confidential. If our security is breached, we will inform you promptly.
How do we use and share your Personal Information (PI)?
We use your username to log you into your account and show you your data. We will email the Administrative health professional (typically the person who registered for KetoDietCalculator) to inform of updates to the KetoDietCalculator and share news about upcoming conferences that the Charlie Foundation, our major sponsor, is involved in.
We do not share or sell email addresses or data to others.

Your privacy is very important to us at KT-LLC (“Ketogenic Therapies, LLC”). When you register for our services available through the Site, the registration process you receive a computer generated user name and password for your account, which you should keep and maintain as confidential. You may change these user name and password at any time in your Table Maintenance/ Organization Settings link within KetoDietCalculator
4. Use and Disclosure of Your Personal Information
You agree that we may use your email address, to send periodic updates regarding KetoDietCalculator upgrades or news involving upcoming education opportunities that The Charlie Foundation is involved with. We do not give or sell your email address or your client’s email address to anyone.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect personal information, including your email address, submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure.
We protected from open access to the Internet by using firewall and encryption technology.

This Site contains one link to KT- LLC’s YouTube channel which houses video demonstrations on how to use KetoDietCalculator. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our Site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information.
