How do we collect Personal Information (PI)?

When you enter PI into KetoDietCalculator, it is stored it for as long as you maintain a user account with us. If you ask us to, we will delete or change the PI. However, if we delete your PI Data, you may no longer be able to use our Site. You are still responsible for all use – and for any misuse – of your account.

The security of your PI is important to us. While no web site can guarantee 100% security, we maintain physical, administrative, electronic, technical and procedural safeguards to help protect your PI Data, which is stored on a private HIPPA server at Liquid Web. We use your username to log you into your account and show you your data. We will email the Administrative health professional (typically the person who registered for KetoDietCalculator) to inform of updates to the KetoDietCalculator and share news about upcoming conferences that the Charlie Foundation, our major sponsor, is involved in.

We do not share or sell email addresses or data to others.
